Anyways todae went for the cca far in the morning at like 7.45? we had to wear leotard...and it totally suks to the core...hmm started trainin at like 8...yeapp...me aleena stef alicia had to give speeches to the new sec ones...and damn I speak the most and like 11 times...yea...so is like we train and give speeches...hmm trained until 12...4 hrs mannz...but have break in between...yea...so is like the rest of 1hr we were playing(= hmm my muscle aches are not gone completely yet though...

Hmm...got a pair of sunglasses from my mum todae as bdae gift...hmm she sae tt the heel tt she bought tt time and this pair of sunglasses is like gift...hmm...yea anyways pray hope tmr not gonna rain...gonna meet frewns to go joggin...manns...
