Haha...hmm Im still sick...urghs...anyways went fer training todae...hmm actuallie not reallie train...just do conditioning...manns do like 5 laps of jumps and I got headache...hmm Im quite weak manns...haah...wadeva...so did conditionings...then there is new sec 1...teach her abt the tramp thingy...hmm quite fun though...but throat pain...so keep drinking water...hmm when training was about to end...sang happie bdae song fer laoshi...(= Hmm went home wif Jonel...hmm
