Todae training was alright I guess...was pretty good(= haha just the conditioning parts...need to buck up...I do push ups then my arms like no strength...so tiring...during the start of trainin is damn sian...was practically wanna sleep(= sorta hurt my knees todae during trainin...sad... anyways at least todae the routines I did were fairly well(= yea haha...PeiQi and Veron came back...hmm coach was in freaking good mood todae(= hmm tt good(= Hmm reached home quite late...like 8.45...wahh...so sian...and the bus is freaking cold...and I didnt bring my jacket:(

Manns...tmr got temperature taking...so sian...anyway I dunno wad else to post...hmm cya(=
