MANNS I DREAD THIS!!! IS FREAKING 9 DAES TO COMP AND IM ALREADY FEELING SCARED ABT IT...MANNS IT NEVER OCCURRED BEFORE:( MANNS...IS REALLY DEPRESSING...SHUCKS...-.-
First day of school is alright(= wasnt tt bad actuallie...missed my frewns though I see them haha(= Just felt slighty tired even though I went to bed quite early yesterdea haha...Pe did the 5 items test and did the run...timing was abt 12min 30 sec...hmm not bad la...considered tt I cant run much...after running Im so tired-.- the sun is damn strong todae...hiaz...we ran with the sec4 and is like some of them run quite fast...hmm...5 item tests I wasnt doing properly:P standing board jump still maintain at 200 plus...cant rmb...was it 250...ahah sit and reach...amazing tt I went 48cm ahah I hate this item...shuttlerun....10 sec plus....wasnt tt bad...hmm sit and reach and incline pull up I didnt do at all haha...too lazy....
Training was oake...but crashed 3 times...hmm out of 10 routines...2 wasnt good...hmm...have to sae tt trainin is actuallie quite slack...hmm...went home wif Alexiaa after trainin...at the bus 74...there is this guy dunno who is he...keep looking at our direction...manns he is damn irritating la...is damn freaky too...hmm peesh...manns tmr is another dae closer to tramp comp...
